Martha let out the breath she'd been holding. "Sorry. I'm just more used to stitching people back together, not cutting them apart."
But it had worked, and she'd healed up neat as a pin to where Martha couldn't even see a scar. She stared, fascinated for a second, then grinned. "That's brilliant."
She nodded after a second. "Yeah, I've got a plan. See, your body still knows to heal itself. So if we can convince it that this is some sort of thing to heal from...or, you know, make it just have to heal itself completely." She winced a little. "We might end up having to kill you to fix it."
